Rachael Smart

Rachael studied at the RCS in Glasgow with Andrea Gajic before accepting a teaching post with Glasgow City Council where she has now taught violin and viola part time for ten years. She has built a strong relationship with the Scottish Ensemble, working in collaboration with a focus on health and wellbeing. In addition to teaching, Rachael freelances both as a violinist and violist, and also regularly performs with the Telemann Ensemble.
