Looking for a string quartet for your wedding?

With over 14 years experience of playing at weddings and corporate events, The Belford String Quartet will ensure a high level of professionalism - making your special day one to remember. Find out more below.

We will arrive between 15-30 minutes before our start time to make sure we are set up (you will never be charged for this time).

We will entertain your guests for 20 minutes before the ceremony start time.

During the ceremony we will play for the entrance of the bridal party, the signing of the register, and the exit of the bride & groom (and at any other points in the ceremony where you may want music, including hymns).

We will then move to the reception location and entertain your guests for the remainder of your booking time.

We pride ourselves on offering a personalised service so that the music on your special day is exactly what you hope for.

We offer an initial consultation via telephone, email or Zoom so that we can get an idea of what you're after and discuss how we can best fit in with your vision.

We will then be at your disposal via email right up to the big day itself.

Choosing the right music for your wedding is important to every couple. You can have a look at our repertoire here to get an idea of what music we already have.

Your booking includes us arranging one new piece free of charge, so if you have a favourite song not on the list, let us know! If you want more than one new arrangement this is possible for an additional fee per item.

In order to make our part of your day run as smoothly as possible, we will also be in touch with you to check things like venue access, performance space, backup options if you're planning an outside wedding etc.

We will finalise and confirm details with you one month before your wedding date, so there won't be any last minute panic.

We are here for you and no question is too small - we will always aim to reply to your email within 48 hours so you can contact us any time.

If you are happy to proceed, we will send you a contract and details of how to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date.

Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, we will schedule your initial consultation to start planing for your special day.

All details will be finalised one month before your wedding so you can sit back, relax and tick music off your to do list!
